Are you looking to return or exchange an item? No Problem! If you need to return an item because it is faulty or incorrect, please contact us.
Please note, we offer free returns on faulty items only. If your item has been damaged due to delivery or it is not according to its description, you have 2 business days to notify us of your intent to return and 10 business days to return it, from the date you received it.
All other returns/exchanges will require the customer to pay the return postage fees. You have 5 business days to notify us of your intent to return and 10 business days to return it, from the date you received it.
Please note due to the personal nature of skincare products we cannot accept returns on any used or opened items.
Exchanges or store credits for change of mind cannot be offered for:
- Gift cards and vouchers;
- Other products advertised as being non-refundable for change of mind.
- Any product that is purchased as part of an order qualifying for a free gift; gift with purchase or bonus offer
- In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
In order to return an item please email us at email@example.com and we will send you an invoice for postage payment (if applicable) and our returns postage form to attach to your package. This will require you to provide your receipt number as proof of purchase.
